Team CEPHIA is a dedicated group of professionals with expertise in various areas of public health. The team includes research, training and monitoring and evaluation specialists. They are trained in public health topics including HIV prevention, gender-based violence prevention, management consulting and coaching as well as conducting research on these topics. Our specialists have Masters or doctoral (PhD) degrees. They are supported by middle level career consultants with first degrees and interns undergoing bachelor and postgraduate qualifications. CEPHIA works with a team of trained administrative assistants, research assistants and fieldworkers.
